Phenomenal Woman – Ruthie Foster (Words by Dr. Maya Angelou)

I believe the poem “Phenomenal Woman” by Dr. Maya Angelou has to be one of my favorites of hers. As I digging through my digital record crates this morning (my iTunes library); I found this gem.

I was even more happy to find a LIVE performance done of Ruthie Foster performing it on YouTube from her DVD/CD “Ruthie Foster Live at Antone’s”.

I Must Respectfully Disagree

“And I am convinced and sure of the this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bring it to full completion in you.” – Philippians 1:6 Amplified
