Two words…Buffalo Wings!!! Last night I made my first batch. They were not half bad. Practicing traditional tailgate dishes…Football season is here (the sport my husband coaches), you have to love it!

Here, is a quick recipe so you can make your own wings…

  • Take 1-2 Lbs of cleaned drained seasoned wings (soaked 1st in boiled water and lemon juice for 3 min)
  • Bake in aluminum foil for an hour on 425 degree.
  • Make a mixture of 1/3 a cup of buffalo hot sauce and 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pour wings into a container with the hot sauce mixture
  • Shake and serve.
  • My choice seasonings: Garlic Powder, Lawry’s and Ground Pepper
My buffalo sauce of choice: Tabasco Buffalo Sauce 5 oz.
