What are you pursuing? Will it leave a mark…

My husband is a professional Football coach and an educator.  For the last two seasons he has coached high school football in Houston, TX.  His team this year just entered into the playoffs finishing their regular season of play undefeated.  I am sharing this with you because this morning during our couple’s check in… He said something to me that was very profound, yet so him.  He said “Babe…I call it a privilege to do what I do.”  See coaching is not a job for him… It is a God given passion that he pursues relentlessly!

Here is a question to ask yourself…What are you pursuing? Will it leave a mark on this world for the better or worse when you are gone?  If you are not sure, it may be time to re-evaluate your pursuits…
