For the following recipe, I found all the ingredients at my local grocer. I had adapted it from a recipe I found on Pinterest.

Equipment Needed:
- 8×8 Inch or a Standard Loaf Baking Pan
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Hand Mixer
- Large Spoon
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups White Flour
- 1 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 5 tablespoons Evaporated Milk (Preferred: Unsweetened Almond Milk)
- 1/2 pint of Washed Raspberries
- 1/2 pint of Washed Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup of Melted Butter
- Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Take your cooking spray and coat the bottom of your baking pan and the sides. Once done, set it aside.
In the large mixing bowl combine together the eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda and vanilla extract. Mix well either by hand with a spoon or with a hand mixer on its lowest setting.
Next add the milk, melted butter, berries and mix them till all the ingredients are combined. When you are done, pour the mixture into the pre-greased baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes or till the top is golden brown.
When ready take out of the oven and allow cooling for a minimum of 15 minutes before attempting to completely remove the bread from the pan.
Enjoy!
