Call a thing…a thing. – Iyanla Vanzant

“Call a thing…a thing.” – Iyanla Vanzant

I know from my own personal experience…. When I don’t call what I am feeling by its actual name, I tend to give it more power. Simply, because I begin to meditate on it. As I have been taught by my Pastors, whatever you meditate on (positive or negative) has the potential to manifest itself in your life. Once something is identified, however you now have a base from which to start the journey towards obtaining wisdom to either gain understanding to resolve it or amplify it.

No, longer will I allow fear to paralyze me from experiencing the freedom, that Jesus sacrifice has afforded me. I choose to #LOVEFORWARD.
