It is not about the size; it is all about the fit.

It is not about the size; it is all about the fit.  One size never really fits all.  Everything requires a bit of customization. The latter statements can hold true for both relationships as well as with clothing.

The other day I ordered a dress from a popular subscription website.  At first, I was concerned about the size I had to order. The website said that the items ran small, so I upsized my size.  When my dress arrived, it was gorgeous, and it fit me equally so. The next day I wore it to work and received some compliments. No one knew what size it was; they were complimenting me on how well it fit instead.

I took the compliments and amazingly did not try to downplay them like I normally do. I just accepted them for what they were. In that seemly small effort, I know I had made a HUGE step towards accepting myself and the skin I am in today.
