Ingredients: ½ Bag of Glory Foods Kale (1lb) or 1 16 oz bag 2 slices of uncooked and diced Jennie O Turkey Bacon 1 Tbsp. of your favorite seasonings (i.e. Italian Seasoning, Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, or Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning) 1 diced plum tomato 4 Tbsp. of Annie’s Naturals Fat Free Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette A splash of Vegetable Oil Directions: Place the Kale in a large sauce pan on low heat; layering all the other ingredients adding the vegetable oil as a dressing last, stir then cover. Equipment Needed: Ice Crushing Blender Measuring Cup Ingredients: 1 Cup of Ice 2 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk 2 Cups of Frozen HEB Brand Mixed Fruit (Peaches, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Pineapple and Grapes) No Sugar Added ½ Cup of HEB Brand Strawberry and Raspberry Low fat Granola Take all the Ingredients and place in your blender. Place on HIGH or your Smoothie setting until blended. Stir if needed. Total Calories per Serving: 105 Yields 4 servings
